How To Book

There are two main ways in which to make a booking with Flightcatchers.com.
Over the Phone

When booking over the phone the travel consultant will give you a number of options to suit your travel plans. Once you have agreed on the itinerary and price the booking process will follow these steps;

  • You will be sent a draft quote by e-mail in which you will be required to make sure all the relevant travel details are correct and you have read and understood the terms and conditions of the booking.

  • Once confirmation of point 1 has been received by the travel consultant you will then be requested to make the payment. If you decide to pay in installments i.e. an initial deposit followed by full payment your travel consultant will guide you through the payment structure. Payment can be made by the following methods: Credit Card or Bank Transfer (your travel consultant will guide you through how to make these payments).

  • Once payment has been received you will be issued with your e-ticket within 3 working days of the payment. Please note in some rare instances due to a delay from our supplier, the e-ticket may be delayed beyond this time; however you will be advised this by the travel consultant if this is the case.

When booking online please follow the path and options provided by the booking engine. To confirm your booking there are 6 main steps to follow.
  • Search for the travel options which you require.
  • Select one of the options provided to you on the flight availability results page.
  • Check all the detailed flight information on the shopping basket page and continue to the next page.
  • Fill in the personal details of the passengers travelling on the travelers details page. (here you will also be given the option of signing up with flightcatchers.com so that you can receive regular updates from flightcatchers.com)
  • On the payment details page you will be required to enter all your payment details along with a confirmation of the agreement to the terms and conditions of your booking. Please check the terms and condition box to confirm you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. Finally process the booking by clicking on the continue page.
Your payment will then be processed by your credit card company and our merchant bank. There are two possible results once you have processed your payment;
If your payment has been accepted you will receive a booking successful message. In this case your booking is complete and you will receive your e-tickets within 48 hours. Please note in some rare instances, due to an unseen delay from our supplier the e-ticket may be delayed beyond this time, however you will be advised of this by a member of our online department.
If your payment is rejected you will receive a payment failed message. In this case you will be invited to attempt to make the payment again or call a member of our online department. Once your payment is finally accepted you can refer to the above section on successful payment.
Please note that to help prevent fraud and misuse of credit cards we carry out fraud prevention checks and if your booking fails our checks you may be contacted by our staff to verify some details. We do this in the interest of all our customers to protect them and ourselves.
